These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of LR Talent's services and website.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the LR Talent website (the "Service") operated by LR Talent ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Definitions
"Client"
Refers to any organisation or individual engaging LR Talent to provide recruitment services.
"Candidate"
Refers to any individual seeking employment opportunities through LR Talent's services.
"Introduction"
The process of LR Talent presenting a Candidate to a Client for potential employment.
"Engagement"
The employment or contracting of a Candidate by a Client following an Introduction by LR Talent.
3. Our Services
LR Talent provides professional recruitment services specialising in HR and administrative roles. Our services include:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
4. Terms for Clients
Fees and Payment
Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the Candidate's first-year remuneration package (including base salary and any guaranteed bonus). The specific fee percentage will be agreed upon before commencement of the assignment.
Payment terms are typically 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices are issued upon the Candidate's acceptance of an offer of employment or commencement of work, whichever is earlier.
Guarantee Period
We provide a rebate guarantee period of 12 weeks from the Candidate's start date. If the Candidate resigns or is terminated within this period, we will offer one of the following:
This guarantee does not apply if the Candidate is made redundant, if the position is eliminated, or if the Client changes the terms of employment significantly from those originally agreed.
Exclusivity
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are provided on a non-exclusive basis. However, if a Candidate we introduce to you is subsequently engaged by you, our fee remains payable even if the Candidate was also introduced by another party.
Direct Approaches
The Client agrees not to directly approach, employ, or engage any Candidate introduced by LR Talent without going through our formal process. Any direct engagement will still incur our full placement fee.

Registration
By registering with LR Talent, you authorise us to present your details to prospective employers and to act on your behalf in seeking suitable employment opportunities. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
No Fees
LR Talent does not charge fees to Candidates for our recruitment services. All fees are paid by the hiring Client organisation.

Confidentiality
Candidates agree to keep confidential any information shared about Client organisations during the recruitment process, unless otherwise authorised or required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LR Talent and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LR Talent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

10. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
LR Talent, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its licensors do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
